Year-round positions are available with competitive pay, full benefits, and Monday-Friday full-time hours. Responsibilities Operate company vehicles Maintain garden beds including weeding, pruning, and identifying plant issues Handle planting projects and mulch installation Interact with customers on-site Qualifications 3+ years in commercial garden maintenance Strong plant identification skills Relevant education preferred Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and walking, lifting (up to 40 pounds), kneeling, and bending Good customer service skills are essential to handle inquiries and requests professionally.
