Job Description Summary Job Description Nous recherchons un chef de projet d''ingnierie pour l''entit Hydrolectrique Amrique du Nord de GE Vernova. Dans ce rle, le chef de projet ingnierie (PEM) est responsable de l''excution technique de l''intgration des composantes et sous-systmes pour des projets large Hydro. La personne sera responsable de la coordination des fonctions de la gestion de produit, du Centre d''excellence d''Ingnierie et du Bureau de projet. Elle veillera ce que les cots et les performances des produits viss soient respects sur le plan technique tout au long de l''excution. Responsabilits: Dfinir les exigences des clients et la conformit du systme aux spcifications contractuelles Fournir des ensembles de travaux au Centre d''excellence pour le projet, notamment les exigences des clients, les interfaces, la planification, la performance, la fiabilit et les cots conformment ce qui a t vendu Coordonner et contrler les interfaces l''interne, pour les clients et les partenaires, comme on le dfinit dans la matrice de l''interface (DOW), responsable des risques et des occasions d''opportunits ainsi que du mouvement de la marge concernant ce qui est dfini dans la porte du projet Grez et harmoniser la documentation technique (incluant la numrotation des documents sur l''utilisation et l''entretien de l''quipement) Point de contact technique pour les clients et les partenaires externes Au stade de la conception, identifier les alternatives et les possibilits d''optimisation qui pourraient avoir un impact sur la conception, les fournitures ou les oprations du site, en fonction de la stratgie dtermine Livrez les spcifications et les donnes d''interface aux partenaires (systme, turbines, gnrateurs et ingnieurs civils). Responsable de la validation des schmas et de la documentation sur des aspects spcifiques des projets Recevoir et coordonner les commentaires et les rtroactions des autres parties du processus (conception, chantier et client) du dbut de la conception de base jusqu'' l''approbation finale du produit, en incluant galement l''information sur l''ouvrage termin Accepte ou rejette les changements en cas d''carts par rapport aux exigences des clients ou les standards GE et grez les modifications de commandes Participe aux rencontres de rvision de projets, aux rencontres d''tapes des projets Coordonner le soutien des activits du chantier avec le Centre d''excellence Qualifications : Baccalaurat en ingnierie Minimum de 5 ans d''exprience dans l''excution de projets et la conception technique de turbines et/ou de gnrateurs Excellentes habilets en communication et en gestion de projets Qualits de meneur et de ngociateur prouves Habilets analytiques et esprit stratgique Exprience pertinente en planification et en gestion d''ensembles de travaux Bilinguisme franais/anglais. In this role, the Project Engineering Manager (PEM) will be responsible for the technical execution of the integration of components and product subsystems for large hydro projects. The PEM be responsible for the coordination of the Product Management, Engineering Centres of Excellence and Project Office functions. Responsibilities: Define customer requirements and the conformity of the system to the contractual specifications. Provide WORK packages to the Centre of Excellence for the project, including client requirements, interfaces, planning, performance, reliability and costs in accordance with what has been sold. Coordinate and control the interfaces internally, for customers and partners, as defined in the Interface Matrix (DOW) Responsible for the risks and opportunities as well as the movement of margin on what is under project scope. Manage and harmonize technical documentation (including numbering of documents on the use and maintenance of equipment). Technical point of contact for customers and external partners. At the design stage, identify alternatives and optimization opportunities that could impact the design, supplies or site operations, based on the strategy determined. Deliver specifications and interface data to the partners (system, turbines, generators and civil engineers), responsible for the validation of schematics and documentation on specific aspects of projects. Receive and coordinate feedback from the other parts of the process (design, site and client) from the beginning of the basic design to final product approval, also including information on the completed work and leads post-mortems to improve process. Accept or reject changes in case of deviations from customer requirements or GE standards and manage order changes in conjunction with project management. Participates in project review meetings, project milestone meetings. Coordinates support of site activities with the Centre of Excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience in project execution and engineering design of turbines and/or generators Strong communication and project management skills Proven leadership and negotiation skills Proven analytical skills and strategic mindset. Relevant experience in planning and management of work-packages Bilingual French and English.
