We''re currently hiring on behalf of a respected restoration and reconstruction company with a strong presence in the Calgary market. This team specializes in full-scope restoration servicesfrom emergency response through to rebuildfor residential and commercial properties affected by fire, flood, mold, and other damage. They are growing and looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in insurance restoration. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently lead multiple projects, manage field teams, and ensure exceptional communication with clients and insurance partners. Responsibilities include: Planning and overseeing restoration projects from site assessment to close-out Preparing budgets, estimates, and scopes using tools like Xactimate Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and internal crews Acting as the primary contact for property owners, managers, and adjusters Ensuring all work meets industry and internal quality standards Maintaining documentation using PSA, Encircle, and DocuSketch Supporting and mentoring junior staff or field teams Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience managing restoration or construction projects In-depth understanding of property restoration (fire, water, mold, storm) Proficiency in Xactimate, Encircle, PSA, and DocuSketch Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple active job sites and deadlines Familiarity with insurance protocols and adjuster communications Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation required What''s in it for you: Competitive base salary Full group benefits including dental, extended health, life insurance Employee assistance program On-site parking provided A stable and supportive team environment Real opportunities for growth and leadership
