The Real Estate Photographer/Videographer is responsible for capturing the best possible photos and videos of a property that will then be used to advertise the property. The photographer must be able to take photos, and videos of the property in all of its aspects, including exterior and interior. Requirements Photography / Videography: Produce high -quality photos and videos showcasing the exterior and interior of properties, meeting the specifications provided by the listing or leasing agents. Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to capture exceptional shots in various lighting conditions and challenging situations. Twilight/Dusk Photography: Skillfully take advantage of twilight and dusk lighting to create captivating images that highlight the property''s charm. Flash Photography: Utilize flash photography techniques when necessary to ensure well -lit and visually appealing shots. Equipment Proficiency: Work with precision using essential equipment such as gimbals, sliders, mirrorless or DSLR cameras, tripods with ballheads or gearheads, photography flash or speedlight, and videography equipment. Qualifications To excel in this role, the following qualifications are preferred: Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating your expertise in real estate photography or related fields will be considered a valuable asset. Camera: Proficiency with mirrorless (Full Frame or APC -S) or DSLR cameras is essential for capturing high -resolution images. Tripod: Experience using photography tripods with ballheads or gearheads for stable shots. Flash: Familiarity with photography flash or speedlight to enhance lighting conditions. Videography Equipment: Competency in operating videography equipment, including cameras and gimbals, for creating engaging property videos. Lenses: Knowledge of wide -angle and prime lenses to capture various perspectives. Driver''s License: A valid Ontario Driver''s License is required for transportation to different property locations.
