A Concrete Finisher will perform recurring assignments and refer deviations to the concrete foreman. They are required to carry out a variety of tasks including placing, finishing, protecting and repairing concrete. Qualifications Two to three years of experience working with Concrete in the Road Construction Industry Working knowledge of Concrete and related materials Working knowledge of methods, techniques and equipment. Clean Drivers Abstract (less than three convictions & less than 7 demerits) Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Must be available to work long hours including evenings and weekends during the work season from April to December. Must be able to work in extreme heat up to and could exceed 64 Celsius. Must have CSA-approved safety boots. Able to sit for a long periods and look over shoulder. Able to climb up and down from equipment.
