Responsibilities What You''ll Do: Be thego-to leaderfor your planting crew Keep operations running smoothly and safely Support planters with logistics, morale, and problem-solving Take pride in the success of your team and the trees you help plant As a Crew Leader, you''ll play a key role in the success of our tree planting operations. Your responsibilities will include: Leading a crew of 1014 tree planters with energy, focus, and accountability Promoting and enforcing safety standards to ensure a safe work environment at all times Maintaining high planting quality through regular coaching and follow-up with planters Managing daily job site operations, including logistics, troubleshooting, and crew coordination Driving productivity by motivating your team to meet or exceed daily production targets Qualifications You''ll be a great fit if you have: Aclean driver''s abstract you''ll be trusted to operate crew vehicles safely The ability to obtain a class 4 license (optional) Tree planting experience a strong asset, but not a deal-breaker The ability tokeep up in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment A willingness towork hard outdoorsin all conditionsrain or shine Aself-starting attitudewith the drive to motivate and lead your team Strong leadership skills you know how to guide, support, and inspire others
