Main responsibilities : Perform technical interventions on the road; Repair, installation, maintenance and upkeep of computer equipment at the customer''s premises; (computers, POS, printers, etc.) Communication with customers; Preparation and organization of documentation required for service calls; Training / certification required by our clients to assist in the calls; Be available evenings and weekends for emergencies; Inventory management. Desired skills Excellent customer service and attention to details; Excellent communicator; Ability to manage stress; Organizational skills, resourceful, autonomy; Sense of urgency and priorities; Concern for the profitability of the various actions undertaken. Working conditions Salary according to experience; Flexible schedule; Self worker; On call. Conditions of employment Must have a car and a driver''s license; Be open to perform clearances and certifications. No criminal record. A background check will be conducted.
