About the role As a qualified/experienced Esthetician, you relish bringing beauty to people''s daily lives. Your primary goal is to have your customers leave Hand & Stone feeling relaxed, happy, and rejuvenated. You''ll greet our new and returning customers, consult with them on their desired treatment, and provide an excellent service that results in a smile they can''t wipe off their faces. Providing solutions will also play a key part in your role here, as you''ll suggest other add-ons services as you see fit. Working @ Hand & Stone: This is a Full Time or Part Time position, with availability to work evenings/weekends. Responsibilities Demonstrate outstanding customer service Greet all clients with a warm, generous and inviting manner Explain treatment to client before beginning and offer appropriate add-ons to experience Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness benefits of facials Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency and pull products for clients to purchase Willingness to learn, understand and promote all spa services and product lines Maintain a professional work environment and appearance Qualifications Esthetic diploma Min. 2 years experience working as an Esthetician Team player Effective sales/solutions techniques and retail experience an asset Hand & Stone Mississauga Dixie follows all Health Canada Guidelines for safety, cleaning and disinfecting protocols to ensure a safe environment for all employees and clients.
