HappyTails Pet Resort & Spa is looking to hire upbeat, confident dog lovers at our St Annes location. Duties Include but are not limited to: -Answering phone calls and emails -Checking dogs and cats in and out for daycare, hotel and grooming services -Giving detailed explanations about services, policies and behavioural notes -Communicating effectively written and verbally with team members -Maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility -Picking up and cleaning up after the dogs and cats -Observing body language and supervising a group of dogs to ensure safety Must have excellent customer service skills and strong team work ethic. Must have a drive to work independently and be detail oriented. Previous PROFESSIONAL pet care experience is a serious asset (boarding, daycare, shelter, veterinary clinic, pet store, etc), owning a pet or pet sitting is not professional experience. Candidates must be able to start ASAP Shifts run in 8 hour increments between 6am-10:30 pm.
