The ideal candidate is customer-focused, and highly organized, with strong communication skills, both by phone and email. Core responsibilities include: Investigate, document and resolve order discrepancies (e.g., missing, delayed, or damagedshipments and quantity discrepancies). Process and follow up on transportation-related claims and credits Act as the main liaison between warehouses, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Communicate effectively with partners, clients, and internal teams by phone and email in English and French (an asset). Maintain accurate claims records and prepare related reports as needed. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-heavy environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys being part of a collaborative, fast-moving team. Qualifications Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College and/or University degree an asset 13 years of experience in accounting, supply chain, logistics or data entry. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP experience preferred (Infor M3 is an asset) Fluent in English (oral and written). An asset if speak or can write in French.
