Job Description Operations & Production Intern (Summer, Full-Time) Location: Forest Hill, Toronto, ON Compensation: $20,000$30,000 total summer earnings (hourly + performance bonuses) Employment Type: Full-Time Seasonal (MayAugust) Department: Operations About the Role We are hiring a motivated, organized, and energetic individual to join our team as an Operations & Production Intern for the Summer 2026 season. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain real management experience, learn how to run job sites, lead crews, and deliver high-quality results for clients in the Forest Hill / Cedarvale / Eglinton community. You will work directly with the Branch Manager to coordinate residential painting projects, manage a small team, ensure job quality, and create an excellent client experience. No previous painting experience required we provide full training.
