Mitech Machine & Fabrication Limited CNC Machinist Mitech Machine & Fabrication Ltd is a well established diversified machine and fabrication shop located in Napanee, Ontario. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Produce quality on time parts through the direction of the Shop Foreman Run tooling and machinery to optimize production and quality to meet customer needs Able to troubleshoot unique problems with fixtures or tooling Change tools, inserts and adjust offsets as required to maintain tolerances Complete daily machine maintenance Check own parts against blue print drawings in various stages of production Identify irregularities in parts and non conformance to quality standards Assist with training of Machinist Apprentice Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications: Minimum three years work experience in a jobbing shop environment is an asset Interpret manufacturing drawings. Knowledge of GD&T an asset. Able to use and read machinists measuring equipment Understanding of machinery and equipment and material tolerances Must have good time management, problem-solving skills, initiative and a commitment to tasks Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Forklift experience is an asset Salary: $36 / hour Vacation: 3 weeks vacation after five years worked Benefits: Extended health insurance, AD&D, long term disability, life insurance Job Type: Full-time permanent, minimum 32 hours per week Language: English Job Location: Napanee, Ontario K7R 3L2 Package Details
