Description This is a until filled competition. This posting This posting will be used to fill 1 term (anticipatory permanent), full-time positions working 75 hours bi-weekly. Who we are looking for The Income Support Unit is looking for motivated, collaborative Case Managers who are committed to providing supports to clients who require assistance in the areas of income support, employment, and crisis management. The case manager will work collaboratively with clients to identify needs, develop plans to support financial stability and connect them to appropriate community resources.
