Job Summary A Tim Hortons Team Member is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly, efficient service and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and restaurant cleanliness. Team members handle a variety of duties, including taking and preparing orders, managing cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant for all guests. Requirements & Responsibilities Provide an exceptional guest experience by greeting customers warmly, taking accurate food and beverage orders (counter/drive-thru), and ensuring prompt and friendly service. Accurately process all transactions using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and responsibly handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and maintain a balanced cash drawer. Prepare all Tim Hortons products (coffee, specialty drinks, baked goods, sandwiches, etc.) according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines, ensuring speed and accuracy. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant, including the dining area, restrooms, service counter, and food preparation spaces. Follow all food safety and handling procedures meticulously, including proper storage, temperature checks, and hygiene protocols. Restock all supplies efficiently, including inventory of napkins, condiments, cups, and food ingredients, to ensure the smooth operation of the shift. Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, reliability, and punctuality in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive working atmosphere. Be able to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry items up to $25$ lbs as required for daily duties.
