Description The AI Analyst is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and operationalizing generative AI opportunities across Human Resources. This role bridges technical capabilities with strategic business needs, ensuring that GenAI solutions are aligned with enterprise goals, deliver measurable value, and adhere to governance standards. Responsibilities Build and deploy AI agents to automate HR workflows, improve employee self-service, and enhance decision-making. Collaborate with business units to identify high-impact use cases for GenAI. Conduct feasibility assessments and define success metrics. Support the deployment of GenAI solutions, ensuring scalability and performance. Communicate complex GenAI concepts in accessible terms to non-technical audiences. Ensure all GenAI initiatives comply with enterprise AI governance frameworks. Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends in HR. Recommend innovative solutions to improve HR efficiency and employee experience. Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, HR Technology, or related field. 5+ years work experience in a related field. Strong understanding of GenAI technologies. Demonstrated experience implementing technical solutions in enterprise environments. Familiarity with enterprise data governance, compliance standards, and cloudplatforms. Strong continuous improvement and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business requirements. Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
