Ruth & Naomi''s Mission is looking for a Recovery Program Lead to support participants through their journey of recovery in a faith-based, trauma-informed environment. Who We Are For over 20 years, Ruth & Naomi''s Mission has been a beacon of hope in Chilliwack, serving meals, providing shelter, and walking alongside individuals in need. Our addiction recovery program uses the Genesis Process, a faith-based approach to healing and transformation. What You''ll Do Provide case management, life-coaching, and support to program participants Lead group meetings, classes, and activities to foster recovery and accountability Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication with the team Cultivate a safe, hope-filled, and structured environment for participants Uphold and embody RAN''s core values in all interactions Willingness to sign and uphold the organization''s Statement of Faith What You Bring Education & Experience: In social services, addictions recovery, or supporting vulnerable populations Training: Must meet all Assisted Living Registry (ALR) minimum training qualifications Experience: Must have experience facilitating groups and working within the social services sector Personal Strengths: Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills Additional Requirements: Must hold a valid Class 5 and be willing to obtain a Class 4 Unrestricted (an asset if already obtained) and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Meaningful Work: Make a tangible impact in people''s lives every day Competitive Pay & Benefits: $28/hr plus extended health benefits and RRSP matching after probation Growth & Development: Opportunities for training and education Supportive Team Culture: Work alongside a team that values Grace, Hope, People, Partnership, Curiosity, and Trust Hours: In office, Monday to Friday, 7:30am3:30pm (subject to change based on program needs) Apply Today If you are a self-starter with a heart for recovery and a passion for transformation, we would love to connect.
