Overview Boreal Solutions LP is looking for a driven Sales Representative to grow and support customer relationships in the janitorial and sanitation supply industry. In this role, you''ll manage reorders, upsell products, and provide exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment. What You''ll Do Respond to inbound inquiries and reach out to accounts to drive reorders and new sales. Build strong relationships with facility managers, purchasing teams, and custodial supervisors. Log interactions and manage your customer relationship management. Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and call metrics. Develop product knowledge of jan/san chemicals, equipment, and compliance documentation. Collaborate with outside sales reps and field technicians to support large accounts. What We''re Looking For Proven sales experience (inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Knowledge of jan/san products and supply industry (asset). Proficiency with Microsoft Office/software tools and excellent time management. Ability to lift 50 lbs; valid driver''s licence with a clean abstract. Why Join Us?
