Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Kitchener, ON. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts, developing business plans, analyzing customer needs, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role will also involve identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and supporting the company''s strategic goals through effective account management strategies.
