The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food service knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previous restaurant management, hospitality, or hotel experience is highly desirable, along with a background in food handling and kitchen operations. BRAND: Radisson Hotel and Conference Centre DEPARTMENT: Sales Job Types: Full-time Responsibilities Lead and supervise catering staff, including hiring, training, and performance management to ensure efficient service delivery Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards and client specifications Manage daily operations of catering services, including event setup, execution, and breakdown Coordinate with clients to customize menus and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Ensure all team members comply with health regulations and safety protocols Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally Collaborate with other departments such as kitchen staff, servers, and event planners to ensure seamless operations Requirements Minimum 3 to 4 years of sales experience preferably in hospitality.
