Enforcement Operations Coordinator Location: 89 National Street, Garson, Ontario Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Starting Wage: $28.00$32.00/hour (depending on experience) Ontario Bailiff & Lien Registration Corp. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Enforcement Operations Coordinator to support our repossession and lender-services division. This is a fast-paced role where you will play a central part in keeping our enforcement files moving, supporting field bailiffs, and ensuring seamless communication with lenders. This position requires someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and managing multiple priorities with confidence. The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership of daily operations and keep the workflow running smoothly with professionalism and strong judgment. About the Role This is a central operations position, not an entry-level admin role. You''ll be trusted to manage time-sensitive files, support field agents, and keep workflow moving without constant supervision. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and prioritize a high volume of active enforcement files Prepare time-sensitive documents, including notices and warrant materials Plan and organize daily bailiff routes across Ontario Maintain accurate documentation and CRM updates Communicate professionally with banks, leasing companies, and legal representatives Conduct searches (VIN, MTO, skip tracing) as needed Provide timely follow-ups to ensure files progress Support field bailiffs with clear instructions and organized information Assist with collections and debtor communication when required What We''re Looking For Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks A proactive, self-managing approach to daily responsibilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High computer proficiency and comfort with workflow systems Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly Professional, composed, and confident handling time-sensitive issues Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving A positive, reliable attitude essential in this role Experience in enforcement, legal administration, collections, or operations is helpful, but the right mindset and capability are equally important.
