Role Overview The ICI Roofing Foreman leads field crews in the safe and efficient delivery of commercial and industrial flat roofing work. We are seeking a Foreman with strong ICI single ply expertise who can lead and manage a crew with pace, precision, and accountability. This is a working leadership role that sets the tone on site, mentors technicians, and ensures that all work meets Stybek quality and safety standards. The Foreman works closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent to plan work, solve problems, and keep projects moving. Important Requirement *This role requires proven ICI single ply experience. Roofers without documented single ply membrane experience in ICI environments need not apply* Key Responsibilities Lead installations on commercial flat roofing systems with a focus on single ply membranes including TPO, PVC, and EPDM Complete all details, assemblies, terminations, and flashings to manufacturer specifications Maintain strong pace and high productivity for the crew Mentor technicians with clear instruction and hands on guidance Review daily plans and update the Project Manager and Superintendent throughout the day Document progress, materials, repairs, photos, and notes in company software Maintain a clean and safe job site and ensure all safety protocols are followed Communicate professionally with clients and site partners when required Support Stybek standards for quality, teamwork, and dependability Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial flat roofing experience Proven ICI single ply experience including TPO, PVC, and EPDM Experience leading a crew or acting as a lead hand Strong knowledge of commercial roofing safety and installation standards Ability to read scopes of work and understand job requirements Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to set pace and direct a crew Valid working at heights certification Valid driver''s license with clean abstract Join Stybek Roofing Limited and lead work that lasts.
