The Hair Stylist will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting retail sales efforts to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Duties Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, highlights, treatments, and special occasion styles Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and products Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health regulations Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly and professional atmosphere Upsell retail products that complement clients'' hair needs to enhance their experience Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-up communication Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients Expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and treatments Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures in a salon environment Effective communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration Ability to upsell retail products naturally and confidently Retail sales experience is a plus for promoting salon products effectively Front desk skills including appointment booking, cash handling, and maintaining a professional demeanor Join our team to enjoy a dynamic work environment where your creativity is valued.
