We are currently seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our Ontario business and drive growth for our suppliers on-trade, in government retail and the emerging grocery and convenience channel. Role Overview Reporting to the Director of Trade Marketing, the Trade Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of provincial trade initiatives and ensures our suppliers'' programs are delivered accurately on time, and in alignment with channel requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting cross-functional teams. RESPONSIBILITIES Trade Marketing Operations Support the creation and execution of POS materials, sell sheets, promotional programs sheets, and other trade assets. Liaise with printers, external vendors, and internal brand teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing tools. Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure all materials meet brand guidelines. Organize and ship product samples to On / Off trade partners, events, media, and internal stakeholders. Reporting & Administrative Support Prepare and submit tenders'' submissions to the LCBO in timely manner, as well as coordinate supplier quotes and forms, ensuring documentation is complete. Manage promotional programs submissions and follow-up requirements. Update reports and maintain internal trackers (e.g., Inventory, retail analytics, performance summaries) as required. Assist with invoice coding, tracking, and processing for trade marketing expenses. Customer, Event & Trade Support Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of customer meetings, tastings, and trade events. Support the Sales Team with tools, materials, and information needed for listings, presentations, and customer engagements. Coordinate logistics and create agendas for supplier visits and internal meetings. QUALIFICATIONS 12+ years of experience in trade marketing, marketing coordination, or a related roleAlcohol-beverage or CPG experience is an asset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or InDesign considered an asset. Familiarity with LCBO processes (NISS, MPTS) is a strong advantage but not required. Excellent communication skills and comfort working with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Event coordination experience considered an asset. Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work. Valid Ontario driver''s license and access to a vehicle. Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs., navigating stairs, and standing for extended periods as needed for events and tastings.
