Job Title

Responsibilities Reporting to the Youth Residential Supervisor, the Home Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day activities of the group home. Responsibilities of the Home Supervisor could include scheduling, communicating with families and guardians, supervision of front-line staff, providing orientation and evaluations, and responding to crisis situations as required. Qualifications & Requirements A diploma in a related field (e.g. Human Services, Social Work, Psychology etc.) or a degree in any discipline from arecognizedpost-secondary institution is required One year of experience working with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges One year of supervisory experience required Experience providing behavioural supports to clients Experience providing personal care (e.g. assisting with bathing or toileting and personal hygiene) Access to a personal vehicle is required
