YOUR IMPACT We are looking for a highly experienced Software Engineerwith strongAI/ML knowledgeto join our R&D organization.Our platformssupports order fulfillment, IAM, farm management, and customer-facing portals.serving dozens of products and thousands of global customers.This role is a critical technical leadership position within the group, responsible forguiding the team into AI adoption,ensuring highquality software delivery, andshaping our go-forward architecture and design. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS Act asatechnical authorityacross the team, ensuring alignment with best practices in software engineering, architecture, and design. DriveAI/ML awareness and capabilityacross the group, helping upskill engineers and identify impactful use cases. Conductdesign and architecture reviews, contributing hands-on to system design for current and future solutions. Overseecode quality and engineering standardsthrough code reviews, mentorship, and collaboration with delivery teams. Collaborate with product, DevOps, and QA to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure solutions. Serve as atechnical mentor and coachfor engineers across multiple teams. Proactively evaluate and introduce new technologies and approaches that align with our roadmap and platform evolution. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/principal role. Proven expertise insystem architecture, scalable design, and cloud-native development. Strong handson experience withAI/ML technologies, frameworks, and practical use case integration. Experience conductingcode and architecture reviewsat scale. Deep understanding of modern development practices: CI/CD, microservices, containers, infrastructure as code. Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence and elevate the technical bar across teams. Nice to Have: Experience with largescale data systems, MLOps, or AI model lifecycle management. Prior work in a SaaS or enterprise cloud platform environment.
