Durham Region: Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Clarington Part-Time $18/hr + performance incentives About the Role Freshera Cleaning Co. provides clinical-grade cleaning services to medical clinics, pharmacies, dental offices, physiotherapy centres, and diagnostic facilities. We are expanding into the Durham Region and hiring a Territory Representative to build relationships with healthcare facilities and secure recurring cleaning contracts. This is a field-based outreach role focused on booking walkthroughs and onboarding new clients. Schedule Monday to Thursday 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM (20 hours/week) This schedule is optimized around peak clinic administrator availability. Territory You will work across specific geographic clusters to maximize efficiency: Primary Areas: Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Courtice & Bowmanville Secondary Areas (as needed): Port Perry, Uxbridge, Newcastle What You Will Do Conduct in-person drop-ins at healthcare facilities Introduce Freshera''s clinical-grade cleaning programs Book and attend walkthroughs with clinic administrators Support quoting and follow-ups Sign new recurring cleaning contracts Submit weekly outreach logs Optional: outreach to general commercial clients.
