JOB DESCRIPTION Service Advisors are the primary point of contact between customers and the dealership throughout the service process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for: Greeting customers and assessing their vehicle service needs Providing repair and maintenance recommendations based on vehicle condition Preparing accurate repair orders and service estimates Safely and effectively pull customer vehicles into the service area as needed Communicating required services, timelines, and costs clearly Ability to maintain communication and updates on vehicles in a timely manner Liaising between customers and technicians to support accurate diagnosis and repairs Reviewing completed work orders for accuracy prior to vehicle pickup Explaining repairs and invoices in a clear, customer-friendly manner Be willing to assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery when required Promoting maintenance packages, warranties, and dealership services Addressing customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly Understand the importance of NPS/CSI tacking and actively contribute to maintaining and improving customer satisfaction Contributing to a positive, team-oriented service department environment QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience Ford brand experience is an asset Knowledge of PBS is an asset Strong customer service and communication skills Confident driving large vehicles (F-150 +) Valid Ontario G Driver''s Licence Clean Driver''s Abstract **Heritage Ford is an inclusive employer committed to providing accessible employment practices in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
