Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently Handle guest check-in and check-out processes using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Take customer orders accurately and process payments promptly Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including menus and signage Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests to enhance their experience Manage phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette and provide information about services or menu items Support team members in maintaining guest satisfaction through attentive service and hospitality Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, including COVID-19 protocols as required Skills Previous host/host experience or food service background preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience in hospitality, guest services, serving, or hotel operations is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and friendly demeanor Strong phone etiquette and guest relations skills Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality who enjoy working with people and creating memorable experiences for guests.
