This is a full-time, permanent role, with non-rotating shift work, working in our bright, modern shop in Winnipeg to begin in January of 2026. We are currently looking to hire an EVENING SHIFT & an OVERNIGHT SHIFT TEAM MEMBER. Our evening shift operates Sunday to Thursday from 3 pm to 11:30 pm and our overnight shift operates Sunday to Thursday from 11 pm to 7:30 am. Candidates interested in working for Cassidy Manufacturing must have reliable transportation, as we are not located on a convenient bus route. Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Considered: Experience in a metal manufacturing / production environment an asset Access to reliable transportation to our shop (we are not located on a local transit route) Use a variety of basic hand tools and machines such as grinders, and pneumatic tools Use measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Ability to read blueprints or drawings Deburr and assemble parts Complete an assortment of tasks any given day High level of mechanical aptitude Great attitude and attendance Good proficiency with written and spoken English (required for reading, interpreting, and giving/following English work instructions/documents) Able to stand, bend, reach and complete repetitive tasks for extended periods Can lift at least 30 lbs Working at Cassidy Manufacturing We offer career advancement, a comprehensive benefits package, RRSP matching, 3 weeks starting vacation.
