About the Role We''re looking for a reliable, customer-focused Keyholder to support the daily operations of our Yonge St. store. This is a great opportunity for someone with retail experience who enjoys leadership responsibilities and genuinely loves coffee and tea. Responsibilities Open and/or close the store in accordance with company procedures Support the Store Manager in daily operations and act as the manager-on-duty when needed Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and inventory organization Assist with receiving shipments and restocking products Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Support training and guiding team members when necessary Ensure a positive and welcoming store environment Qualifications Previous retail experience required; keyholder or supervisor experience is an asset Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Reliable, punctual, and comfortable handling responsibility Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Interest in coffee, tea, and brewing equipment (training provided) Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods Why Join Beanwise?
