We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Unregulated Care Providers (UCPs) for a Retirement Home in Brighton, Ontario. GHHS welcomes PSWs who are willing to work in the capacity of an Unregulated Care Provider. Responsibilities Provide high-quality resident care in retirement and assisted living settings. Assist with daily activities including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and mobility. Support residents with dementia, cognitive changes, or disabilities with patience and professionalism. Administer medications and report health observations in accordance with care plans. Qualifications Minimum 6-9 months of PSW experience in resident care, personal support, or caregiving roles PSW Certification is highly valuedPSWs willing to work as UCPs are encouraged to apply. Medication Administration/Pharmacology Certification would be an asset Vulnerable Sector Check and 2-step TB within 6 months and/or chest x-ray within 12 months (Mandatory) Immunization records (MMR, Varicella, tDap, Hepatitis B an asset) COVID passport with QR showing Why Join GHHS?
