Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly individual to join our healthcare team. The individual will support the day-to-day operations of the X-ray facility, ensuring high standards of patient care, compliance with safety regulations, and efficient management of workflows. This individual will work closely with the Manager and other staff to ensure a smooth, patient-centric environment. Responsibilities Supervise, train, and schedule staff Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries effectively Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records systems such as Velox Imaging. Oversee inventory levels of medical supplies and place orders when needed Coordinate with healthcare providers in patient''s circle of care to obtain previous medical records for patient to ensure efficient patient flow and communication. Process patient results and schedule follow-up appointments according to radiologist instructions. Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence Requirements Previous experience in medical or dental office is preferred. Familiarity with phone systems and Velox software is preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff. Education: Diploma or degree in health science, life sciences or human anatomy Understanding of medical terminology.
