Job purpose Reporting to the Clinic Manager, the Endoscopy Tech will be responsible for all departmental functions in support of DHC''s mission, vision and goals. Duties and Responsibilities Assist with procedures in the Endoscopy Suite Work closely with the Clinic Manager to ensure the following business areas are operating effectively, efficiently and within all regulatory requirements: Operations (nursing & administrative); Scheduling/Billing; Marketing & Business Development; Finance; IT; Human Resources; Quality Advisory and Facilities Management Ensure optimal clinic flow; a high level of customer service and compliance with all relevant regulations Maintain open lines of communication at all levels of the organization Promote a strong occupational safety focus Qualifications Background in healthcare(PSW, laboratory technician, imaging technician, nursing students in second year, new immigrant with nursing background) Certification in CPR Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills, the ability to take initiative The ability to create a team, a passion for achieving results and a commitment to customer service excellence are required Competency in MS Office or equivalent computer skills Notice: Digestive Health Clinic is committed to integration and equal opportunities.
