Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items with precision and consistency, following established recipes and presentation standards. Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients. Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours. Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests. Follow proper storage procedures for ingredients and leftovers to prevent contamination. Support inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of shortages or expired items. Qualifications Proven experience in food service, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards. Familiarity with food handling regulations and food safety practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities.
