What We''re Looking For: Experience & Education 8-10 years of relevant professional experience. 1-3 years in a direct leadership or supervisory role. Bachelor''s degree required. Technical Expertise Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Strong data entry skills and ability to perform both basic and complex mathematical calculations. Comfortable with common office equipment and adept at learning new systems and technologies quickly. Leadership & Core Skills Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities. Proven ability to forecast impacts, implement solutions, and adapt to change.
