We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house dining team and help elevate our member dining experience. Job Summary The Restaurant Manager is responsible for daily dining room operations, service standards, staff leadership, and delivering a polished, professional experience for members and guests. This is a hands-on role with strong floor presence and direct involvement in service. Key Responsibilities Lead daily dining room, lounge, and patio operations. Maintain exceptional service standards and a welcoming private-club atmosphere. Build relationships with members and respond to feedback. Supervise and train servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff. Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and pre-shift communication. Coordinate with the culinary team on menus and service execution. Support inventory, ordering, POS accuracy, and labour cost management. Assist with club events, weddings, tournaments, and themed dining nights. Ensure compliance with AGCO, Smart Serve, and safety standards. Qualifications 24+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience (private club or upscale dining an asset). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Smart Serve certification required. Knowledge of POS systems. Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak golf-season hours. Professional, polished presentation suited to a private club environment.
