About The Role The Data Scientist Catalyst position is an exciting opportunity within Sanofi''s RWD & HI Data Science department, based in Toronto with a hybrid working model. This role is part of the two-year Data and AI Future Catalyst Program, designed to cultivate emerging talent in data science and artificial intelligence. As a participant, you will engage in diverse projects across multiple pharmaceutical domains, including supply chain optimization, real-world data solutions, drug discovery, and commercial innovation. You will work alongside a globally diverse team, including experts from Sanofi''s hubs in France, Spain, and the USA, gaining invaluable experience in designing and deploying AI products and scalable platforms. The program emphasizes both technical skill development and strategic business understanding, preparing you for a potential permanent role within the organization upon completion. Your work will directly contribute to transforming healthcare outcomes worldwide by enabling Sanofi to harness the full potential of data and AI technologies.
