About the role - As a Cash Management Representative, you will be responsible for accurately handling, verifying, and processing payments to ensure timely application to customer accounts. This involves reviewing payment details, entering and validating data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities- Receive, sort, and organize incoming customer and dealer payments. Identify payment type and customer account. Update customer accounts to reflect payment details and all supporting documentation received. Verify payment details for deposit. Ensure all cheques meet banking requirements before processing. Prepare documentation for electronic storage. Accurately post customer and dealer payments into Electronic Payment Processing system. Balance daily deposit with payment posting batches. Process returned cheques following proper procedures for re-processing as required. Provide timely payment inquiry support to various internal departments. What makes you a dream candidate? Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. You are familiar with the application of customer/dealer payments. You will perform all account transactions with a high degree of accuracy. You''re collaborative; working with various internal teams providing support to resolve account inquiries. You recognize the importance of safeguarding company and customer confidential information. Provide clear and accurate record keeping. Ability to be flexible and able to prioritize to meet competing demands. Being adaptable and willing to take on additional tasks as required Experience: 1 year of experience with AutoSuite applications and processing preferred Community College 2 yrs 1-2 year College business/accounting program preferred, but not required.
