Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled appointments. Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Communicate in a timely manner with office staff on the status of cleans. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail in every job. Provide exceptional on-site customer service to strengthen client satisfaction. Maintain clean clothing/uniform and professional appearance. Requirements Must have good English communication skills Previous experience in residential cleaning is an asset. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and staff. Organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
