Afternoon Shift - Monday to Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:30am Summary We are seeking a dedicated Line Supervisor to join our team. The Line Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining our standards of excellence. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on the production line to ensure efficiency and quality standards. Train and manage production staff to optimize performance. Monitor production processes, and collaborate with management to implement process improvements. Address any issues or concerns that arise during the production process promptly and effectively. Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels as necessary to meet production demands. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures. Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals. Maintain accurate records of production activities. Address any issues that arise during the production process promptly. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with cGMP regulations is an asset. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
