More information about our SDR Academy see our recruitment page at Responsibilities You will own the strategy for SDR Academy programs and providing guidance to SDR Leaders, SDR Trainers and SDR Operationson areas of performance improvement. You will be the main organiser of collaborative programs like SDR onboarding, continuous-learning topics, andnext-role-readiness. You will also own key communication initiatives like the SDR Academy website (for external talent) and the SDR Academy Intranet page (for internal communication and SDR processes). A. SDR RAMPING & ONBOARDING Our SDR Trainers will be leading the training sessions, but the new Program Manager will support with strategy and frameworks for easy execution and feedback/data gathering Plan the recurring SDR Academy Onboarding program to provide new starters with a smooth onboarding experience that makes them feel supported and properly prepared for their new role Own, plan, and drive cross-team collaboration when needed to refresh onboarding schedule, in-person session content, and eLearning to ensure cohesion across regions, GTM onboarding, and topic experts (like Product Marketers, SDR leaders etc.) Create a repeatable and consistent feedback loop from SDRtrainers to relevant SDR leaders on their new starters to address any lag in ramp times that need to be addressed with additional sessions/support B. ADDITIONAL SDR PROGRAMS & RESOURCES Own and plan SDR continuous learning & career programs, like new product certifications or next role readiness like sales or customer success, in collaboration with relevant leaders and topic experts Plan and prioritise the global SDR Academy calendar in collaboration with SDR leaders to ensure all training requests, SDR campaigns, all hands etc. fit into the overall schedule while keeping the balance of time investment needed vs value added to all 140+ team members Own the internal SDR Academy Intranet site, keeping this one-stop-shop up to date with the most recent resources, session recordings, FAQs etc. with a regular refresh cadence C.
