Job Title: Operations Support Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 3 days Onsite in a week) Duration: 06 Month Contract with possible extension ABOUT THE ROLE Client is seeking an Operations Coordinator to execute, measure, and improve promotional and CRM campaigns aimed at driving growth for grocery and retail across the platform. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, efficient execution, and robust project management skills to effectively handle multiple simultaneous demand-growth initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, has high ownership of their work, embraces a collaborative ''all hands on deck'' approach, and enjoys managing complex processes. Important/Mandatory Skills Build & Execute Promotional and CRM Campaigns: This is the core execution responsibility, directly involving the implementation of campaigns (promotional offers and CRM communications) to drive demand for the platform''s Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, and Retail verticals in the US and Canada. It includes the hands-on tasks of campaign set-up, content creation, and CRM calendar management. Analyze & Optimize Campaign Performance: This covers the measurement and data-driven improvement aspect of the role. The coordinator must measure and meticulously analyze campaign performance to generate actionable insights that lead to impactful improvements. Test & Iterate (Continuous Improvement): This responsibility focuses on innovation and learning, requiring the coordinator to develop and implement experiments, test new strategies, capture the learnings, and apply those improvements for continuous BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor''s degree 1+ years of experience in CRM, communications, marketing operations or a general operations role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong bias toward action with a clear focus on simplifying complex processes, driving alignment, and executing effectively under tight deadlines. Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and skilled in organization and time management. Detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to consistently execute complex tasks with high accuracy. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience managing digital promotions or CRM campaigns. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL is highly preferred.
