Duties Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and presentation standards. Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair, ensuring visual appeal for all products. Assist in the preparation of various food items, including bread, cookies, and specialty desserts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests about menu items and special requests. Experience Proven experience as a cook or pastry cook in a restaurant or bakery setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Familiarity with various baking techniques and equipment used in a professional kitchen environment. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
