Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our Opal 21 Spa team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services that promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure a positive and rejuvenating experience for each guest. The Massage Therapist will work in a serene environment dedicated to health and relaxation, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities. Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and client progress. Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are sanitized according to health regulations. Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate wellness practices. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Stay updated on industry best practices and new massage techniques through ongoing education. Experience Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a valid license or certification in massage therapy. Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions and treatments is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and address client concerns professionally. Prior experience working in a spa, wellness center, or healthcare setting is advantageous but not required.
