Job Summary We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that align with brand strategies and marketing goals. This role requires a strong foundation in digital art, visual design, and an understanding of current design trends. The Graphic Designer will work on a variety of projects including branding, web design, motion graphics, and print advertising, contributing to the overall aesthetic and visual identity of our organization. Duties Develop and execute innovative visual concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch. Design logos, layout designs, UI/UX interfaces, and motion graphics for various platforms including websites, social media, and print materials. Create engaging digital art, illustrations, and photo manipulations that enhance brand storytelling. Collaborate with marketing teams to produce compelling content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. Manage color schemes, typography, and layout design to ensure consistency across all visual assets. Utilize content management systems like WordPress to update website visuals and maintain brand presence online. Incorporate HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge to assist with web design projects and interactive elements. Produce sign manufacturing designs or production artwork as needed for print or display purposes, sample creation. Present concepts clearly through sketches or digital mockups using InVision or other presentation tools. Stay current with industry trends in digital design, motion graphics, UI/UX design, and emerging technologies such as video editing and sign manufacturing. Qualifications Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, motion graphics, web design, product design and print advertising. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign), Sketch, CorelDRAW, and InVision. Knowledge of digital art creation including illustration and photo manipulation techniques. Familiarity with web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is preferred. Experience working with content management systems like WordPress is advantageous. Strong understanding of color management, typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy principles. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate concepts clearly to clients or team members. Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of video editing software is a plus for creating motion graphics or multimedia content.
