Responsibilities Assist in the assembly and disassembly vehicles using hand tools and power tools. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Support the shop team with inventory management, including tracking supplies and materials. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Help troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise, providing solutions or reporting them to supervisors. Assist in cleaning the yard and removing snow as needed Requirements Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical instructions. Previous experience in a shop is A must Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members.
