The Opportunity: We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team The Administrative Assistant will support our team by performing a variety of tasks. Assist Senior Compliance Manager as needed with scheduling, documentation, and organization of projects. Develop and maintain a filing system. Maintain inventory of products. schedule trades. Phone calls to the city. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Coordinate all permitting and inspections. Obtain quotes and prepare purchase orders. Ensure all trades are paid on a timely basis. Assist with distribution of contractor record drawings, change orders, etc. Administrative duties include photocopying, scanning, and distributing documents. Attending meetings as instructed, taking notes, and maintaining records as necessary. Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality. Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
