Full time, permanent position Approx hours per week Must have open availability including weekends Duties and Responsibilities As an Manager you will be responsible for many duties including but not limited to: Recruitment - complete interviews, new hire paperwork and orientations Training - support our trainers. New hires and existing employees Corrective actions - work with management team to track and conduct corrective actions Cash handling - prepare tills, change fund maintenance and preparation of deposits Customer service - work alongside employees to provide wonderful customer service Safety - ensure that all customers and employees are following the safety processes Policies and procedures - follow, train, maintain and update Scheduling - help to create and communicate work schedules Audits and reports - independently complete audits and reports Marketing - promote K1 Speed using different methods Employee relations - support employees as needed Qualifications High school diploma or post-secondary school degree 3+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role Experience with Google Apps including Google Docs and Google Drive 5+ years of experience in customer service The successful K1 Speed Manager is someone who is: Organized Assertive Able to make decisions in a fast paced environment Strong communicator Leads by examples Continues to learn Supports the development of others.
