Youwillpractice inaccordancewiththeStandardsofPracticesetoutbyTherapeuticRecreationOntario(TRO). TheRecreationTherapistprovides coordinated interprofessionalcare within the health care continuum,assisting patients inthetransitionfrom the hospital tothecommunity. TheRecreationTherapist willassess patients, and where appropriate,settherapeutic goals withthepatient and family, including discharge toacommunityprogram/service.
