To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our Brand to life, visit us atWhat you''ll do: Reporting to the Grocery Supervisor, the Grocery Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core values and Brand: Understanding and following Westview Co-op''s policies and procedures and participating in the Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety. Providing professional, people-first, service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our ''You''re at Home Here'' motto. Production, packaging, and merchandising of product. Cash/Till Accurate ordering and receiving of product. Ensure high level of image and cleanliness in line with our Brand expectations. Other projects and assignments as required. This position requires the use of equipment, as well as frequent heavy lifting of product (up to 50lbs unassisted). Who you are: We are looking for a positive, approachable, and motivated individual with a drive to learn. Candidates will demonstrate the following: Must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted. Quality communication skills. These are part-time positions, with successful candidates required to be available for days, evenings, and weekends, working approximately 1520 hours per week.
